TIL3AB? (تلعب؟) is a social games app made in Kuwait by Hussein Qabazard ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: h.qabazard99@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account. A sign-in identifier from Google Firebase Authentication. You can play as a guest, or sign in with Apple or with an email address and password; if you do, we receive that email address (with Sign in with Apple you may choose a private relay address). Your username, display name, short bio, avatar colour and emblem, optional country, language and number style, favourite games, and whether you said you are 18 or older.
• Your games. Matches you play, results, ratings, XP, achievements, season progress, coins and gems balances, cosmetic items you own or equip, and the trivia answers you give in T7ADDI.
• Your friends and messages. Friends, friend requests and blocks; diwaniyas (groups) you create or join and their invites; chat messages you send in game rooms, diwaniyas and direct messages; reports you send or receive, and any moderation action taken.
• Purchases. What you bought in the store (gem packs and VIP) and when. Apple takes the payment — we never see your card details. RevenueCat processes the App Store receipt for us so your purchase reaches your account.
• Notifications. If you allow notifications, your device's push token, so we can tell you about invites, turns and messages. You choose which kinds in Settings.
• Usage statistics. Simple product events (for example "a game was started") recorded with a shortened one-way code instead of your account id, to see what works and what breaks. You can switch this off in Settings.
• Technical and safety data. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (rate limiting) and is not saved to your profile. We keep a security log of unusual activity on an account (for example many rejected moves).

We do not show ads, use third-party trackers, sell or rent your data, or access your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

Why we use it

• To run the games: matchmaking, game rooms, scores, rankings and rewards.
• To let you find friends, chat and play together.
• To keep players safe: moderation, reports, blocks and extra protection for under-18 players.
• To deliver what you buy and to restore purchases.
• To send the notifications you allow.
• To fix problems and improve the app.

Who helps us run TIL3AB?

We share data only with the services that run the app for us, under their own privacy and security commitments: Cloudflare (servers and database), Google Firebase (sign-in), Apple (Sign in with Apple and payments), RevenueCat (purchase receipts) and Expo (push notification delivery). Trivia pictures are freely licensed photos from Wikimedia Commons, fetched through our own server — no personal data is sent to Wikimedia. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect players from harm.

Other players see your public profile (username, display name, avatar, bio, country if set, level and game stats) and what you post in shared chats.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, sign-in details, friends, direct messages, items and progress are deleted. What must stay for other players — results of matches they played with you, and messages you posted in group chats — remains under an anonymous placeholder with no name or profile. We may keep purchase records and moderation records for as long as the law or the safety of other players requires.

Your choices and rights

• Edit your profile at any time.
• Turn notifications and usage statistics off in Settings.
• Block or report any player.
• Delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately.
• Email us to ask for a copy of your data or to correct it.

Children

TIL3AB? is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Players under 18 get extra protection: only their friends can message them, only friends of their friends can send them friend requests, and they cannot open public diwaniyas.

Security and where data is stored

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored with Cloudflare and Google, which may process it in data centres outside Kuwait. Access is limited to the people who run and moderate the app.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app when the change is important.

ما الذي نجمعه

• حسابك. معرّف تسجيل الدخول من خدمة Google Firebase Authentication. يمكنك اللعب كضيف، أو الدخول بحساب Apple أو ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور؛ وفي هذه الحالة نستلم بريدك الإلكتروني (ومع الدخول بحساب Apple يمكنك اختيار عنوان خاص مخفي). كذلك اسم المستخدم، والاسم الظاهر، والنبذة، ولون الصورة الرمزية وشعارها، والدولة (اختياري)، واللغة وشكل الأرقام، والألعاب المفضلة، وهل ذكرت أن عمرك ١٨ سنة أو أكثر.
• ألعابك. المباريات التي تلعبها ونتائجها، والتقييم، ونقاط الخبرة، والإنجازات، وتقدّم المواسم، ورصيد العملات والجواهر، والأغراض الشكلية التي تملكها أو تستخدمها، وإجاباتك في لعبة تحدّي.
• أصدقاؤك ورسائلك. الأصدقاء وطلبات الصداقة والحظر؛ والدواوين التي تنشئها أو تنضم إليها ودعواتها؛ ورسائل الدردشة التي ترسلها في غرف اللعب والدواوين والرسائل الخاصة؛ والبلاغات التي ترسلها أو تُرسل عنك، وأي إجراء إشرافي يُتخذ.
• المشتريات. ما اشتريته من المتجر (باقات الجواهر وعضوية VIP) ووقت الشراء. Apple هي التي تستلم الدفع — ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا. وتعالج خدمة RevenueCat إيصال App Store نيابة عنا ليصل مشترياتك إلى حسابك.
• الإشعارات. إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، نحفظ رمز الإشعارات لجهازك لنبلغك بالدعوات والأدوار والرسائل. وتختار أنواعها من الإعدادات.
• إحصاءات الاستخدام. أحداث بسيطة عن استخدام التطبيق (مثل "بدأت لعبة") تُسجَّل برمز مختصر لا يمكن عكسه بدلًا من رقم حسابك، لنعرف ما ينجح وما يتعطل. ويمكنك إيقافها من الإعدادات.
• بيانات تقنية وأمنية. نستخدم عنوان IP لفترة قصيرة للحد من إساءة الاستخدام، ولا يُحفظ في ملفك. ونحتفظ بسجل أمني للنشاط غير المعتاد على الحساب.

نحن لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبع من جهات خارجية، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نؤجرها، ولا نصل إلى جهات اتصالك أو موقعك أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون.

لماذا نستخدمها

• لتشغيل الألعاب: البحث عن لاعبين، وغرف اللعب، والنتائج، والترتيب، والمكافآت.
• لتتمكن من إيجاد أصدقائك والدردشة واللعب معهم.
• لحماية اللاعبين: الإشراف والبلاغات والحظر، وحماية إضافية لمن هم دون ١٨ سنة.
• لتسليم ما تشتريه واسترجاع المشتريات.
• لإرسال الإشعارات التي تسمح بها.
• لإصلاح المشاكل وتحسين التطبيق.

من يساعدنا في تشغيل التطبيق

لا نشارك البيانات إلا مع الخدمات التي تشغّل التطبيق لنا، وفق التزاماتها الخاصة بالخصوصية والأمان: Cloudflare (الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات)، وGoogle Firebase (تسجيل الدخول)، وApple (الدخول بحساب Apple والدفع)، وRevenueCat (إيصالات الشراء)، وExpo (توصيل الإشعارات). صور لعبة تحدّي صور مرخّصة ترخيصًا حرًا من Wikimedia Commons وتُجلب عبر خادمنا — ولا تُرسل أي بيانات شخصية إلى Wikimedia. وقد نكشف معلومات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، أو لحماية اللاعبين من الأذى.

يرى اللاعبون الآخرون ملفك العام (اسم المستخدم، والاسم الظاهر، والصورة الرمزية، والنبذة، والدولة إن حددتها، والمستوى وإحصاءات الألعاب) وما تكتبه في الدردشات المشتركة.

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا. عند حذف حسابك نحذف ملفك وبيانات الدخول وأصدقاءك ورسائلك الخاصة وأغراضك وتقدّمك. وما يجب أن يبقى للاعبين الآخرين — نتائج المباريات التي لعبوها معك، ورسائلك في الدردشات الجماعية — يبقى باسم مجهول بلا اسم ولا ملف. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات الشراء والإشراف للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون أو سلامة اللاعبين الآخرين.

خياراتك وحقوقك

• تعديل ملفك في أي وقت.
• إيقاف الإشعارات وإحصاءات الاستخدام من الإعدادات.
• حظر أي لاعب أو الإبلاغ عنه.
• حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ويتم الحذف فورًا.
• مراسلتنا لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها.

الأطفال

تلعب؟ غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. ويحصل اللاعبون دون ١٨ سنة على حماية إضافية: لا يراسلهم إلا أصدقاؤهم، ولا يرسل لهم طلبات الصداقة إلا أصدقاء أصدقائهم، ولا يمكنهم فتح دواوين عامة.

الأمان ومكان حفظ البيانات

تنتقل البيانات مشفّرة (HTTPS) وتُحفظ لدى Cloudflare وGoogle، وقد تُعالج في مراكز بيانات خارج الكويت. ويقتصر الوصول إليها على من يشغّلون التطبيق ويشرفون عليه.

التغييرات

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير مهمًا.
