TIL3AB?

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Hussein Qabazard, who makes TIL3AB? (تلعب؟). By using the app you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. Tell us your age honestly — under-18 accounts get extra protection.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Usernames must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. A guest account lives on your device: if you delete the app or lose the device before linking it to Apple or an email address, it cannot be recovered. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

3. Play fair and be respectful

Do not:

• harass, threaten, bully or hate on anyone, including because of religion, nationality, origin, gender or disability;
• post sexual, violent, illegal or otherwise objectionable content, or share anyone's private information;
• cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or deliberately throw games to manipulate rankings;
• spam, scam, sell accounts or items, or advertise;
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or its servers.

You can block and report players at any time. We review reports and may remove content, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without warning.

4. What you post

You keep ownership of the messages and drawings you post. You give us permission to store, show and transmit them inside the app so the games and chats work, and to review them for safety. You are responsible for what you post.

5. Coins, gems, VIP and items

• Coins are earned by playing. Gems can be bought with real money. Both are a limited licence to use inside TIL3AB?, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn.
• Everything in the store is cosmetic (card backs, tables, cars and similar). Nothing you buy changes how a game plays, and there are no random or loot-box rewards.
• VIP is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple when you confirm. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep VIP until the paid period ends.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds follow Apple's policies — request them at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to restore VIP on a new device.
• We may change prices and store items. If we ever close TIL3AB?, we will give notice in the app; unused coins and gems will not be refunded except where the law requires it.

6. Trivia and other content

T7ADDI questions are written to entertain. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot promise every answer is perfect — please report a wrong question from the game. Pictures are freely licensed photographs from Wikimedia Commons and belong to their authors under their licences. Game names, art and code in TIL3AB? belong to us; you may not copy them.

7. The service

We work hard to keep TIL3AB? running, but it is provided "as is": there may be interruptions, bugs or changes, and we may add, change or remove games and features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses of virtual items; our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using TIL3AB? and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without affecting any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.

10. Changes and contact

هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين Hussein Qabazard، صانع تطبيق تلعب؟ (TIL3AB?). باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإذا حمّلت التطبيق من App Store تنطبق كذلك اتفاقية الترخيص القياسية للمستخدم النهائي من Apple.

١. من يحق له اللعب

يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن ١٣ سنة. وإذا كان عمرك أقل من ١٨ سنة فتحتاج إلى إذن ولي أمرك. أخبرنا بعمرك الحقيقي — فحسابات من هم دون ١٨ سنة تحصل على حماية إضافية.

٢. حسابك

حافظ على بيانات دخولك؛ فأنت مسؤول عما يحدث في حسابك. يجب ألا ينتحل اسم المستخدم شخصية أحد أو يكون مسيئًا. حساب الضيف محفوظ على جهازك: إذا حذفت التطبيق أو فقدت الجهاز قبل ربطه بحساب Apple أو ببريد إلكتروني فلا يمكن استرجاعه. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.

٣. العب بنزاهة واحترم الآخرين

يُمنع:

• المضايقة أو التهديد أو التنمر أو خطاب الكراهية ضد أي شخص، بما في ذلك بسبب الدين أو الجنسية أو الأصل أو الجنس أو الإعاقة؛
• نشر محتوى جنسي أو عنيف أو غير قانوني أو غير لائق، أو نشر معلومات خاصة عن أي شخص؛
• الغش أو استخدام البرامج الآلية أو استغلال الأخطاء، أو الخسارة المتعمدة للتلاعب بالترتيب؛
• الإزعاج أو الاحتيال أو بيع الحسابات أو الأغراض أو الإعلان؛
• محاولة تعطيل التطبيق أو خوادمه أو إثقالها أو تفكيكها.

يمكنك حظر أي لاعب أو الإبلاغ عنه في أي وقت. نراجع البلاغات وقد نحذف المحتوى أو نكتم الحسابات أو نوقفها أو نحظرها إذا خالفت هذه القواعد، بتنبيه أو بدونه.

٤. ما تنشره

تبقى الرسائل والرسومات التي تنشرها ملكًا لك. وتمنحنا الإذن بحفظها وعرضها ونقلها داخل التطبيق لتعمل الألعاب والدردشة، ومراجعتها لأغراض السلامة. وأنت مسؤول عما تنشره.

٥. العملات والجواهر وVIP والأغراض

• تُكسب العملات باللعب، ويمكن شراء الجواهر بمال حقيقي. وكلاهما ترخيص محدود للاستخدام داخل تلعب؟ فقط، بلا قيمة نقدية، ولا يمكن استبداله أو تحويله أو سحبه.
• كل ما في المتجر شكلي (ظهر الورق والطاولات والسيارات وما شابه). لا شيء مما تشتريه يغيّر طريقة اللعب، ولا توجد مكافآت عشوائية أو صناديق حظ.
• VIP اشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا، شهريًا أو سنويًا، بالسعر المعروض في التطبيق قبل الشراء. تستلم Apple الدفع عند تأكيدك. ويتجدد تلقائيًا ما لم تُوقف التجديد التلقائي قبل نهاية المدة بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل؛ ويمكنك إدارته أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حساب Apple. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد القادم، ويبقى VIP لك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
• تتولى Apple عمليات الشراء، وتخضع المبالغ المستردة لسياساتها — اطلبها من reportaproblem.apple.com. واستخدم "استرجاع المشتريات" في التطبيق لاسترجاع VIP على جهاز جديد.
• قد نغيّر الأسعار وأغراض المتجر. وإذا أغلقنا تلعب؟ يومًا ما فسنُعلن ذلك داخل التطبيق مسبقًا، ولن تُسترد العملات والجواهر غير المستخدمة إلا إذا ألزم القانون بذلك.

٦. أسئلة تحدّي والمحتوى الآخر

أسئلة تحدّي مكتوبة للترفيه. نحرص على دقتها، لكن لا نضمن أن كل إجابة صحيحة تمامًا — يُرجى الإبلاغ عن السؤال الخاطئ من داخل اللعبة. الصور صور مرخّصة ترخيصًا حرًا من Wikimedia Commons وتعود لأصحابها وفق تراخيصها. وأسماء الألعاب ورسومها وبرمجتها في تلعب؟ ملك لنا، ولا يجوز نسخها.

٧. الخدمة

نبذل جهدنا لاستمرار عمل تلعب؟، لكنه مقدَّم "كما هو": قد تحدث انقطاعات أو أخطاء أو تغييرات، وقد نضيف ألعابًا وميزات أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو خسارة الأغراض الافتراضية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك على ما دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة.

٨. الإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام تلعب؟ وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نوقف أو نغلق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.

٩. القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، دون المساس بأي حقوق تمنحك إياها قوانين حماية المستهلك في بلدك.
