كيف أحذف حسابي؟
من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف الحساب فورًا ولا يمكن التراجع.
اشتريت وما وصلني شي
افتح المتجر في التطبيق واضغط "استرجاع المشتريات". وإذا ما انحلت راسلنا مع تاريخ الشراء.
أبي أسترجع فلوسي
Apple هي اللي تستلم الدفع وتقرر الاسترجاع: reportaproblem.apple.com.
كيف ألغي VIP؟
من إعدادات iPhone: اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← تلعب؟ ← إلغاء الاشتراك.
لاعب يضايقني
اضغط على اسمه واختر "حظر" أو "بلاغ". فريقنا يراجع كل بلاغ.

بلّغ عنه من داخل اللعبة، ونراجعه ونصلحه.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It is deleted straight away and cannot be undone.
I bought something and didn't get it
Open the store in the app and tap "Restore purchases". If that doesn't fix it, email us with the date of the purchase.
I want a refund
Apple takes the payment and decides refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I cancel VIP?
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TIL3AB? → Cancel subscription.
A player is bothering me
Tap their name and choose Block or Report. Our team reviews every report.
A T7ADDI answer is wrong
Report the question from inside the game and we will check and fix it.
